बिहार विद्यालय अध्यापक महासंघ के अध्यक्ष के रूप में आप सभी का हार्दिक अभिनंदन करता हूँ। शिक्षा राष्ट्र निर्माण की नींव है और शिक्षक इस नींव के शिल्पकार हैं।

Our organization was founded with a singular purpose — to ensure that every government school teacher in Bihar receives the respect, rights, and working conditions they deserve. Over the decades, we have grown from a small group of dedicated educators to a state-wide movement representing more than 50,000 teachers.

Our Achievements

Through persistent advocacy and collective action, BVAM has achieved significant milestones:

• ✦ Successfully advocated for the implementation of 7th Pay Commission for all categories of teachers
• ✦ Facilitated 8,500+ mutual transfers through our digital portal
• ✦ Secured promotions for thousands of pending cases across all districts
• ✦ Established grievance redressal mechanisms at the district level
• ✦ Organized teacher training workshops in collaboration with state education department

Our Commitment

As we move forward, BVAM remains committed to:

• ✦ Fighting for the restoration of the Old Pension Scheme
• ✦ Ensuring transparent and merit-based transfer policies
• ✦ Advocating for better infrastructure in government schools
• ✦ Promoting digital literacy among teachers
• ✦ Building stronger district and block level organizations
